About the founders
Anita and Anne, two yoga teachers and coaches, created The Habits Club following the frustration of yoga students looking for a way to hold on to a regular home yoga practice. Gleaned from behavioural and recent scientific studies on habit and habit change, Anne and Anita found the keys to unlock this powerful tool of habit creation. They have helped themselves and others successfully change bad habits and create good habits, giving students the opportunity to create the life they dream of and becoming a better version of themselves. Whether it's exercise, eating, drinking, sleeping, self-talk, enjoying life…. you CAN change your habits.
In our workshops and retreats, you’ll get to:
- Get clear on who you really want to become and how to get there
- Understand behaviour change psychology and create a new thought pattern to support your desired change
- Leave the workshop with a plan to implement and maintain your new strategy
- Be a part of a new-found community, who share your goals and support you to become a better version of yourself!
